Phil is auditioning to be the Philly Pen Show mascot.
What Phil lacks in experience he more than makes up for in enthusiasm.
Should Phil and Philly become a good fit, you’ll likely see Phil making cameo appearances in the next copy of Nibbage. Perhaps he’ll get his own stickers, maybe even a postcard. We’ll have to see how everything works out.
